Once you’ve placed an order we are unable to change or modify your order. This includes the following: changing the item or size, delivery and or billing address, adding items to your order and chosing a new shipping method
We typically send order confirmations within 24 hours of placing the order. If you have still not received an email confirming your order, please contact us.
In the event you receive the wrong item, please return to us within 30 days to receive a full refund or have the correct item sent to you.
If you are missing an item please contact us. On confirmation, the item will be sent to you free of charge.
